Harrison sucked in a cold breath, his voice icy. “Felicity already knows she was wrong. She’s still your sister–don’t keep pushing her around.”
Liam, standing off to the side, snatched Harrison’s phone out of his hand.
“How hard is it to send a simple video? Stop stalling!”
Liam knew exactly where this was heading–if things kept up, Harrison would end up on the receiving end of another one of Leo’s beatings.
If Harrison ended up with two broken hands, how was he supposed to face the board tomorrow?
The moment Leo spoke up, Liam knew he had to step in.
Without any more fuss, Liam jabbed his thumb on Harrison’s phone, hitting the “send” button.
“Mr. Vaughn! Please, I’m begging you–don’t send it!” Felicity’s desperate cry rang
out.
Selene turned, her tone cool and mocking. “Mr. Vaughn, tell me–does Felicity’s look strike you as the gaze of someone who’s sorry? I didn’t know your eyesight was
that bad!”
Harrison glanced at Felicity, catching the simmering hatred and cruelty in her eyes. It was as if even tearing Selene apart piece by piece wouldn’t be enough to quench her fury.
“In the past, I listened to you. I never lowered myself to Felicity’s level, because I held the title of Mrs. Vaughn. But now you’ve gone off and made a mess of things, and frankly, I find it disgusting. And the mess you created–now you want to pin it on me? You think I’ll just take it?”
“Not everyone is as brainless as you, Harrison.”
A deep frown etched itself into Harrison’s brow. “There was never anything between Felicity and me-”
She cut him off coldly. “If your heart isn’t with me, and neither is your money, then tell me what use do I have for you?”

Chapter 207
Her words lodged in his throat, leaving him speechless.
Selene turned to Felicity. “If you’ve got any more venom to spit at me, go ahead. There’s a saying: when God wishes to destroy someone, He first drives them mad.”
Felicity collapsed on the floor, raising her head like a wounded animal, glaring at Selene with raw, burning hatred.
And then, the video of Felicity’s punishment appeared in “The Capital Circle” group chat.
The sons and daughters of the elite watched in stunned silence.
“Damn–Felicity got absolutely wrecked.”
Seeing Felicity get pummeled by Victor Thompson was almost too much to watch.
But once they heard Felicity’s apology, the mood shifted. Everyone realized this was no ordinary drama..
“Wait, isn’t Altair the child of the Vaughn family’s golden girl? That kid’s only five, right? Felicity, what the hell were you thinking, going after a five–year–old?”
“You’ve got to be kidding me. Felicity, you’re 25, not five. You really threw a rock at your own sister?”
Private messages started flying between the group members.
“Harrison’s the one who posted the video. Is he standing up for his ex–wife?”
“Has to be. Looks like Felicity’s finally pushed him too far.”
“I’ll bet fifty bucks Harrison gets back with his ex–wife after this.”
“Felicity’s dream of becoming Mrs. Vaughn is dead–again.“`
Everyone knew the score.
None of them ever really saw Felicity as a woman; she just didn’t have that kind of allure. But as the one girl who ran with the guys, she’d always been useful–she helped them chase after other women.
Any woman who caught their attention would let her guard down in front of Felicity. And Felicity wasn’t the only one desperate to claw her way into high society, willing to do anything for a shot at their world.
One by one, the young heirs in The Capital Circle started distancing themselves from Felicity.

“Felicity bullying your ex–wife is way out of line. Should we just kick her out?”
Someone pointed out, “She’s the group admin.”
“Then let’s all just leave.”
Meanwhile, Liam was still holding Harrison’s phone.
When he spotted the “The Capital Circle” group on his son’s screen, his face twisted in disgust.
“What the hell is this? You’re supposed to be a model young entrepreneur, not some gangster wannabe! If I catch you in a group like this again, I’ll break your legs!”
“Dad, Felicity just made it for fun-”
Before Harrison could finish, Liam had already tapped “Leave Group.”
He shot his son a warning glare. “And don’t let me catch you hanging around with that tomboy ever again!”
Harrison pressed his lips together, his frown deepening.
And in The Capital Circle group chat, when everyone saw Harrison had left, the rest of the rich kids followed suit, one after another.
